Presentation Rule

AIM 2024 will be in-person conference only. Authors should bring presentations (in their preferred format) with their own computers.

Connection to the projector/screen will be provided through HDMI, so presenters should also bring their own dongle/adaptors as needed. Each presentation slot is 20 minutes with 15 minutes talk and 5 minutes Q&A.

 

In the rare case that no authors of the paper could be present in conference, please contact both Program Chair and Session Chair immediately to provide reasons and proofs of absence and to discuss alternative arrangement. No-show in presentation without any notice will result in withdraw of the paper from the final published conference proceeding and, for TMECH/AIM Focused Section paper, will result in delay of publication in TMECH (beyond August Issue of TMECH).
